退款政策

- Customers can return goods purchased from us under our 14-days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

- All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 14 days from delivery date. Or they can return the goods in person at our centers.

- If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 14 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.

- We cannot accept returns for items found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non-resalable condition.

- For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of frozen foods and treats.

- Clearance / Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
